Cyan's founder Noah Arnold comes from a corporate production background, working as associate producer for Hasbro. After a conversation with a mentor, where he was urged so understand that it would take 10+ years to advance to the work he was passionate about, he was sparked with a desire to branch out on his own. Supported and funded by his co-founder and wife Jasmine, he started building CyanLens, focusing on his expertise in video editing and production. ‍

 

Noah quickly found success through word-of-mouth and client referrals and started to expand his company, but struggled to find people with the same vision and drive to grow. Early January 2023 brought a few new team members into his orbit that completely changed the Cyan landscape and accelerated growth. ‍

 

While growing Cyan's leadership, Noah has always put an emphasis on building a positive, collaborative culture. it is all of our belief that happy people work harder and that trust is a currency, in you team, your company, and yourself.
